Purchases

Currently, our product purchases are only open to customers residing in Singapore.

Local registered shipping within Singapore is provided and included in the prices listed unless otherwise stated.

Exchange & Refunds

Products sold are non-exchangeable.

Refunds are on a case-to-case basis and will only be approved after review.

Please only proceed to return the item when your refund request has been approved. Once return item has been received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed.

Refund requests have to be made within 14 working days of your purchase subjected to our Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Order Issues

Order Cancellation

  • Once your order is submitted, we may still able to cancel your order during the processing time frame (1-3 working days) before it is posted out. 
  • Please note that we can no longer cancel the order if it has been already posted out.
  • Do contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia to check on the processing stage of your order.

I purchased the wrong size, what do I do?

  • If your order has not been posted out, contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia and we will try our best to help cancel your order.
  • Please note that such orders that have already been shipped out are not eligible for exchange or refund and we will not be able to cancel the order.
  • Please kindly ensure you select the correct size before payment.

Received wrong orders or a faulty item?

Please contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia.

Do include the below details:

  • Proof of purchase
  • The order number
  • Item's description
  • A description of the fault or wrong order that was received

Please only proceed to return item when request has been reviewed and confirmed.

The refund will only be processed once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, and the return item received.

How do I return an item?

Kindly include your details and order number when returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Only after you have received refund request approval or confirmation from us, you can:

  • Drop off the item at 150 Orchard Road #08-05 Orchard Plaza Singapore 238841

OR

  • Mail it back to us:

Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.

Your refund will be processed through your original mode of payment.

We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Do note that you will have to cover postage fees if you are mailing the items back to us.

Delivery

How long will i take to receive my order?

Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 3 working days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our local courier for delivery.

I have not received my order, what do i do?

We provide a tracking number for your purchases.

If you are still unable to track your order, email us at merch@bandwagon.asia with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
