Exchange & Refund Policy:

Products sold are non-exchangeable but are refundable on case to case basis after review.

Refunds:

Please note refunds are subjected to approval, for refund requests do contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia. Please only proceed to Return the items when your refund request have been approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Kindly include your details and order number when returning the item.
Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
Only when the item is received, inspected and refund request approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, subjected to the credit card and bank’s processing time.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please note refunds approval are only on case-to-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you can either mail or drop off your product at 150 Orchard Road #08-05 Orchard Plaza Singapore 238841
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
We also strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 working days of your refund request being approved, please proceed with the following:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia.

Order Cancellation:

Once your order is submitted, we may still able to cancel your order during the processing time frame (1-3 working days) before it is posted out.
Please note that we can no longer cancel the order if it has been already posted out.

Purchase of wrong sizes:

If your order has not been posted out, contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia and we will try our best to help cancel your order.
Please note that such orders that have already been shipped out are not eligible for exchange or refund and we will not be able to cancel the order.
Please kindly ensure you select the correct size before payment.

Receiving a wrong order or a faulty item:
Please contact us at merch@bandwagon.asia.

Do include the below details:

Proof of purchase, the order number, item's description and a description of the fault or wrong order that was received

Please only proceed to return item when request has been reviewed and confirmed.

Once the refund request is reviewed, approved and return item received. Only then will the refund will be made accordingly.

Do note that products sold are non-exchangeable and refunds are on case-to-case basis only. Further to that, refund requests have to be within 14 working days of your purchase subjected to our Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
